We charge a flat rate of $6 per hour for all services. You only pay for the time spent resolving your issue. Once the service is provided and the time is logged, payment is considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: If we have not yet started assisting you or if there was an error on our end, you are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.

Partial Refund: If you decide to cancel after support has already started, we may offer a partial refund based on the time spent.

No Refund: Once your issue has been successfully resolved and the payment has been made for the hours worked, no refund will be provided.
